My name is Lee Welton and I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and a personal trainer by trade.  In preparation for my 2018 thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, I was stunned by the statistics of hikers that abandon their hike due to injury.

While injuries may not be entirely preventable, they can be limited with better training, nutrition, and recovery throughout the process.  I’ll show you techniques to help recovery, lower inflammation, and get you ready for the rigors of the trail.
