What Is Included?

What makes this program great besides being FREE? For starters you don’t need expensive equipment or a gym membership. All of the exercises are just your body weight which makes it perfect for every hiker!

This 12 week program will give you a great foundation and build up your strength & endurance so you can feel confident and ready to hit the trails. The workouts are set up for 3 times per week and take about an hour to complete.

New to exercise or not sure where to start? I’ve got you covered there too. Simply follow the sets and reps that fits your experience level and goals and get moving!

I’ve got you covered! Whether you are planning a long weekend trip, multi-week trip or tackling something bigger I can help you reach your goal.

All programs are custom designed to help you complete your dream adventure confident, happy and healthy. Programs length may vary depending on your timeline and goals but generally fall into the 12 or 16 week range.

What does having a personalized program mean? It means that I create a program to help you decrease knee pain when hiking down hill. If your shoulder is sore from an old injury, we can work around that and help keep you moving forward.

My experience and education allows me to modify exercises to work around common aches and pains. Save valuable time and effort by having a plan crafted just for you and take the guess work out of training.
