I am eliminating your excuse for not having time to train, again! This is round 4 and will give you some variety with Tabata routines.
A full Tabata sequnce of 8 rounds will only take 16 minutes to complete. If you choose an optional 1 minute rest between movments, it will bring you up to 20 minutes. There are beginner and intermediate versions listed in the video.
This is a quick but very effective way to improve your overall fitness. You will breathe hard, your muscles will burn and fitness will happen!
Tabata is 20 seconds of exercising followed by a 10 second rest. Stick with one exercise for all rounds before moving on to the next movement. Go for as many reps as possible during each 20 second work period.
Pro-Tip: You can easily find Tabata timer apps to keep you on track during the workout, it really helps make thing easier!
